Sign up with just an email — no credit card required. You get full Team-tier access for 14 days: unlimited flows, all connectors, AI generation, and self-healing. After 14 days, your account moves to the Free tier automatically. No data is deleted — you just can't deploy new flows beyond the free limits until you upgrade.
A message is a single event processed through a flow. When a Shopify order triggers your flow, gets transformed, and is delivered to SAP, that counts as one message. Validation, filtering, and conditional steps within the same flow don't add extra messages. Dry-run test executions don't count toward your quota.
We don't cut off your integrations mid-month. If you go over your limit, your flows keep running. You'll get a notification at 80% and 100% of your quota. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll suggest upgrading to the next tier. We may apply soft rate limiting above 150% of your quota to prevent abuse, but production flows are never hard-stopped.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days.
Yes. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time — switching to annual takes effect at your next billing date.
All pre-built connectors for popular SaaS platforms: Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, SAP Business One, NetSuite, ShipStation, Slack, Jira, and more. We add new connectors regularly. Standard connectors are included at no extra cost on Team and above.
Custom connectors let you define your own integrations with any REST API using a YAML configuration file. You specify the base URL, authentication method, and endpoints. Custom connectors are available on Business and Enterprise tiers.
Self-healing is included on every tier, including Free. The difference is that on Team and above, you can configure the confidence threshold that determines whether fixes are auto-applied or routed for human review. On the Free tier, the threshold is fixed at 95%.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't store your business data — only flow configurations, metadata, and logs. Business and Enterprise tiers offer additional controls including data residency, PII masking, and audit log exports. Enterprise customers can request SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS compliance documentation.
