Sign up with just an email — no credit card required. You get full Team-tier access for 14 days: 25 active flows, all connectors, 500 AI actions, and self-healing with configurable thresholds. After 14 days, your account moves to the Free tier automatically. No data is deleted — you just can't exceed free limits until you upgrade.

A message is one event processed end-to-end through a flow. When a Shopify order triggers your flow, gets transformed, and is delivered to SAP, that's one message. All steps within the same flow — validation, filtering, conditions, transforms — don't add extra messages. Dry-run test executions don't count toward your quota.

An AI action is consumed every time Fyrn's AI generates or modifies something — creating a new flow, iterating on an existing config, or building a custom connector. Running, deploying, and monitoring flows does not consume AI actions. Standard flow generation costs 1 AI action. Custom connector generation costs 5 AI actions on Free/Team, 3 on Business, and 1 on Enterprise.

We believe pricing should never penalize adoption. Every developer, ops lead, or team member who needs to view, deploy, or manage integrations can access Fyrn at no extra cost. Unlike platforms that charge per user, Fyrn lets your whole team participate from day one.

We don't cut off your integrations mid-month. Flows keep running. You'll get notifications at 80% and 100% of your message quota. If you consistently exceed limits, we'll suggest upgrading. We may apply soft rate limiting above 150% of your quota, but production flows are never hard-stopped. AI actions stop working when depleted — you can still deploy and monitor existing flows, just not generate new ones until next billing cycle or buy an action pack on Business tier.

On Business tier, yes. AI action packs are available at €99 for 500 additional actions. Enterprise customers get custom AI action allocations. Packs aren't available on Free or Team — if you need more generation capacity, upgrading to Business is the path.

Fyrn's AI can generate a connector to any REST API endpoint — you describe what you need and AI builds the auth, endpoints, and mapping. Building a custom connector consumes AI actions (5 on Free/Team, 3 on Business, 1 on Enterprise). The number of custom connectors you can run in production is tiered: 1 on Free, 5 on Team, unlimited on Business and Enterprise. On Business and Enterprise, connectors are shared org-wide so your team can reuse them.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Yes, and it's our default. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Team is €499/mo billed annually vs €599/mo billed monthly. Business is €1,499/mo billed annually vs €1,799/mo billed monthly.

Self-healing is included on every tier, including Free. The engine detects schema drift, diagnoses impact, and auto-fixes mappings with confidence scoring. Free uses a fixed 95% confidence threshold. Team and above let you configure thresholds per flow.
